What kind of pizza can a diabetic eat?

Thin-based pizzas have fewer calories and carbohydrates than many of the thick pizzas.

Spray the yeast and water with warm milk.

Add the olive oil, salt and, little by little, add the flour until the dough does not stick in your hands. Make a ball, place it on a plate covered with a cloth and let stand for about 30 minutes.

How tomato sauce is prepared:

Soophra the garlic and onion over low heat. When you start browning, add the chopped tomatoes and let them fry for about 10 minutes. Place the oregano or basil and reserve.
